Success development of B1 Players - B1 Soccer Academy USA

As you may know, at B1 Soccer Academy we are committed to helping our #B1Players to develop their talents and reach their maximum potential. And we are proud to see how little by little they are achieving their goals, as in the case of Leo Itsitsar.

Of course, everything depends on the player’s talent and willingness to sacrifice him/herself to that cause. Anyways, we will always do whatever is in our power to develop young talents in our Academies.

Sometimes, all of our hard work combined with the dedication and commitment of our players ends up showing results, which are extremely motivating for us but more importantly to the player.

Recently, one of our B1 Players in Barcelona, Leo Itsitsar, made us really proud as his dedication and hard work finally ended up paying off. Leo has been playing in AE Prat, which is a National Division team.

In fact, his teammates being also really talented, it was really challenging for him to be able to be in the starting eleven on the weekends. Anyway, Leo did not lose faith and kept on fighting for his spot.

Last week, Leo was given the opportunity to be in the starting eleven for the first time against in a league game. For him, this was a motivating and rewarding feeling, showing that all of his hard wasn’t for nothing. His confidence and commitment were boosted by that particular game.

In addition, following his great performance on his first start, Leo started a second time in a row, and against FC Barcelona! Traveling to the Barcelona fields, the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper, and being able to play against a top-quality team is a moment that every player would like to experience.
